Worked for 2 weeks, now product is useless because the app is not letting me sign in to the smart plug. The app wont let me log in anymore and now the product is useless. Even try resetting password and the app still doesnt work. Now its just an expensive garbage.
I am having trouble logging in to the insignia connect app on my iPhone. I have reset my best buy password and I am still unable to log in. This just started happening a day or so ago. Is anyone else having problems or have a phone number to call?
I am having the same exact issue with the iOS app. I am putting in the correct credentials but the app wont log in and now the device is useless.
