Did my extensive homework as usual about this product vs. others prior to going into the store. Went to the local store in Sarasota and was trailed by the asssociate whom I had to ask for help from. He had NO idea about the machine, and steered me to other brands. Specific questions asked by me were ignored or completely wrong. dimbulb. Took a pic of the machine/price/model number etc. and vowed to myself not to come back. Went to HD (higher price) but they could not delver for 2 weeks. waited over night to calm down and went back tp BB. Price jumped $250 ?!? New dimbumb asssociate would not ask the supervisor to accept previous night's price. Left the store, and called the mgr immediately and pointedly and painfully explained the re-train his asssociate needed in manners. I didn't ever demand the old price, but asked. He agreed and said they would honor the original price. Came back to the store and was met by store mgr. I asked "are you a man of your word?" he said 'yes'. 10 minutes later we walked out of there with paperwork in hand. Two day delivery....and I even bought the extended warranty because he made it right.
...oh yeah....the dishwasher is working flawlessly.

So it was relatively inexpensive based on comparison models. The touch screen is nice. The overall performance is good. I have an issue with Window's 10 and 'loath' is a word that comes to mind. Better than previous, but still nauseating to navigate. Light weight and portable. Said 'smudge resistantf' somewhere....it's not. Cover gets finger printed up quickly.

We installed it in the old microwave's spot. A few adjustments and it fit right over the stove using the old supports. The template hole indicators were off enough to make a difference so measure against the unit. Switching the blower to front facing was a snap. I am no electrician, but the install was fairly easy.

what's the warrantee on this HD ?
I can't seem to have anyone answer this simple question online or at any bestbuy phone #s. Why bother having the phone numbers at all?
No fan that I can detect.
