We were looking to replace our Sony soundbar/wireless bass. With the Sony there were some movies and shows where the voices were just too muffled, others where sound effects were deafeningly loud.
I had picked up the SONOS soundbar as an original replacement but for the money the max volume was too low, and there was little bass. Outside of that the SONOS did have good sound.
We returned the overpriced SONOS and tried this Bose 15, which I must say is a great device.
We now hear things (shuffling of paper, putting down a glass, etc) that we have never heard before. Unfortunately, we hear some of the artifacts in poor streaming audio as well, but that's rare and you get used to it - it's also not the sound bar's fault.
Voice mode makes those muffled movies clear and it also tames those overbearing sound effects. However, voice mode does reduce the surround sound effect and the bass a bit. You can compensate for this by jacking up the bass up before turning on voice mode. We use voice mode all the time, and are never rewinding to hear a line or turning the volume down during a battle scene.
If you want the surround effect and the bass, there is plenty of it when not in voice mode. We don't miss a dedicated wireless bass component at all.
Whether your are looking for voice clarity, want to reduce the need for turning the volume up and down all the time, or want good simulated surround sound, this Bose has a mode that will make you happy.
Oh, and the volume is sufficient to fill a large room (we have it in a large family room with vaulted ceilings and it's just fine.

This is not my first Escort, but it is surely my last. Display broke before it was even mounted on the windshield. Jiggled the detector a little and came back on for sec and then went back off. Never came back on. Returning this thing, no interest in trying this again. Escort you are a sad shadow of your former self.

Wanted a small TV for living room and this does the job. Picture is gorgeous, and sound is amazingly good for a small tv. Wide stand limits placement options, but looks nice. Smart apps are great, which is a must given limited number of inputs.

Overall: This TV is some value. If you are looking for a large screen TV you really cannot go wrong with this one. The picture on this is stunning, just gorgeous. There are ample inputs, the interface is very intuitive, and it's 3d if you want to buy the glasses. That's a lot of bang for the buck. Nice job Sony!
Picture: Incredible detail, brilliant colors, nice contrasts. Only issue is some very noticeable vertical banding especially on sports. Otherwise, it would be 5 starts.
Sound: Not sure, we have it hooked up to a sound bar but I am sure its like all the other LED TVs out there. It has optical out, which is nice.
Inputs: Plenty of inputs, which is important considering the age of appleTV/roku, video games, tv boxes, etc etc. 4 cdmi (one is ARC), plus usb, plus optical sound.
Apps: Love the interface (Just press Home button), easy to get to apps like netflix, vudu, etc. You probably won't need a roku since this has just about everything already. Easy to set up. No manual needed.
Responsiveness: Switching inputs needs some work. The input button on the remote works randomly. The home button on the other hand is very responsive and you can switch inputs from that screen. Minor inconvenience.
Google: Updates take tens of minutes and there is no progress bar, just a spinner. Would like to see a progress bar on long updates so that I know the TV isn't hung up.

We have SONOS throughout the house as well as outside and love it. We were very eager to get this soundbar, but then very disappointed once it arrived. The sound is very clear, and the simulated surround is excellent. The problem is, we have to jack it up to full volume to hear it. And there are times when we need it to go to 11 (spinal tap reference there). This sucker needs more output, and for the price tag we expected that.
OK, but it is versatile right? We can also play music though the sonos apps etc. Well, the sound of the bar for playing music is shallow and tinny; nothing like a play5 or play3. So, its too underpowered for surround sound, and too tinny for music. Sorry Sonos, we still love you but 699 for this? No thanks.

We have 4 Samsung TVs, but this Sony was on sale and Sony has a good rep so we tried it out for the basement. As a matter of fact we tried two of them. Both had the same issue, namely a very noticeable DSE (dirty screen effect). DSE effects all LCD tvs. On good TVs you won't notice it. However, this TV is NOT a good TV. The LCD mounting technique Sony is using causes what appear to be smudge spots that you will notice when the picture pans left or right (sports fans beware). We are giving up on this and getting another brand (Samsung).

We bought this because of our past experiences with Sony. Boy were we mistaken. This unit takes way to long to respond to a button press on the remote. We tried new batteries, standing right next to the unit, etc with zero success.
When watching a blu ray, netflix, or whatever, go ahead and hit pause, fast forward, etc. Then, go grab yourself a snack, go to the bathroom, run and fetch the mail. And maybe, if you are lucky, your blu ray player will finally be responding upon your return. Utterly useless as a smart device, worst blu ray player we have ever owned bar none.

Here is our review, albeit we have not had the printer that long yet so I guess these are more first impressions...
Pros
1. Integration with Apple products is seamless. We were printing from iphones in seconds. Macs found printer easily.
2. Fast. Not only does it print fast, but the information gets from computer/phone to the printer quickly as well.
3. Surprisingly quiet, especially for how fast it is.
4. Touchscreen, no ugly buttons. Although it could be positioned better (see cons) the touchscreen is awesome. The touchscreen goes dark when not in use; just touch it to start using to make copies or scan.

This hoover blows away our 600 dollar dyson and our 300 shark. I am getting another one for downstairs and ditching the dyson and the shark. We have a pug that constantly sheds and this handled the hair without batting an eye. On top of that, it is pretty light weight. It is a little difficult to empty and the hose it a bit short. Other than that, we love it!
What's great about it: suction
What's not so great: hose length

too many shortcomings

Cannot reach all the way up one flight of stairs. Deal breaker right there. Also bottom is hard plastic and found a sharp edge on it. Not something i want to be pushing around on the hardwood floors. Returning it.
What's great about it: great suction
What's not so great: terrible on carpet, hose way too short

Does this have surround sound?
It's simulated but decent for single unit. The surround effect is better when not in voice mode, just fyi.

Does Klipsch make an Outdoor Wireless Speaker?
I have these speakers out on our deck for 2 winters and 3 summers now and they sound as great as the day we bought em. These are outdoor.

According to Sony website this is 2015.

This is a dumb question. Watching this tv from 6 feet away, is that to close? I think it might be overkill.
It would be perfect for an IMAX like 3D experience! I could do 70 inch just fine. 75 inch would be ify.
I wil tell you I worried about getting a 75" TV because I feared that when we scale down to a smaller house someday that it would just be too big. I was wrong. I throw a pillow on the floor and lay right off of the TV stand all the time to watch baseball, movies, etc and it is fantastic. You will definitely be immersed :-)
