Instead of paying $30+ a month for phone service which is about $400 a year, you can get all phone features for $40 a year. The service is about $30 a year + $10 for 911 access. Your annual phone bill will be 10% of landline or your cable company's phone service. The first year is free, so even better. You receive voicemails via e-mail. The features are great and so it the quality of the calls. MagicJack is a great product and service is a real money saver.

I needed to get a dehumidifier for my mom. I own the predecessor to this model and it has worked great. This is slightly more efficient. Best Buy was the only store in the area that had it in stock, so could pick it up right away.
The only drawback to this model is a smaller water tank. This was solved by buying a condensate pump and a small garden hose and it is now setup to automatically drain the water. There is no longer the need to manually empty the water tank. You can go away for a few days or more and it works by itself without the need to empty the tank. Great setup.

Alienware is the best laptop I have seen

Never thought I would be able to afford or have the need for a high-end laptop such as Alienware. When looking for a laptop for a family member, I was looking for the 'Q' Cpu i7 series, a true quad-core Cpu, not a toned down dual-core i7 laptop chip. Also, a pretty strong discrete video card. The lights on the laptop give it a nice look and can also be turned off.
With the new Kaby lake Cpu's being released, the previous generation Skylake laptops were reduced, they are about equal in performance. I looked at the open box and was able to buy a $ 1,700 Alienware 17.3" screen for $1,100 open box. It looks absolutely new, no damage. Only had the laptop and power connector, nothing else, but nothing else is actually needed. The first year (it also includes a few months more) very good on-site warranty is included by Dell on all Alienware laptops, since they are more expensive than the usual laptops.
Large HD screen, 16Gb ram, 128gb SSD + 1TB fast hard drive. I really like the keyboard. It's not the usual soft, rubber buttons that appear to be cheap. This one matches the keyboard on the Latitude models, and are very professional looking and easier to type with. I looked for the version with the 2550x.. and 120 refresh rate screen, but have read many negative reviews about it. Could not find a similar one open box that was in a good state.
It's large, heavy - but will get the job done. Oh, it also has a GTX 1070 video card that is very strong for all types of programs. Thank you for a great deal.

I plan to connect a condensate pump to the dehumidifier. Some condensate pumps also have a "safety switch" which requires two wires be connected to the appliance that the pump is draining. Does this dehumidifier allow for such a connection?
I hooked up a condensate pump to the dehumidifier. The pump had wires for the safety switch, but after reading info online, it's not needed. JUst setup the pump and test that it works by filling it up with water and then hook it up to the unit with a small sized garden hose. Just need to make sure the hose is setup in a flat or down path, since the water being expelled by the unit is mostly gravity driven.
Test it out for a few days and once it's working correctly, just check on it each day and it is good to go. I taped up the safety switch wires with electrical tape.
