Bose probably shouldn't get the credit they do

Although, I find these headphones do pleasant enough, I'm going to say they simply aren't all they led me to believe they were.
So many people give Bose such high praise and I'm not sure why. Their sound is clean, albeit middle of the road really.
Had a devil of a time getting these to stay in my ears once I began to sweat, even though they say they are for working out.
Hmmm!
I returned them, by the way.

UE needs to try a little harder

Don't misunderstand my review title. This thing is pretty incredible. IP rated, loud, very well designed aesthetically. I just wonder if maybe UE didn't rush the tech they put inside this speaker.
I bought this less than 60 days ago and I have had at least 3 occasions where it either would not power up or Alexa would not function properly. In all cases, I either had to shut it down and restart it or 'reboot' it per UE's instructions....something they say you shouldn't do if at all possible. Hmmm! Makes me wonder if I should have bought it at all.
