Had to replace it.

The TV looks great and is easy to use. However after having it for about 8 weeks, we started having trouble with it. It wouldn't turn on and we would have to unplug it and wait a few minutes and then try again. After a few times, the TV turns back on. The repair man came out at least 4 times. Each time changing something in the TV or just looking at it. He recommended 2 other TV brands, one being LG based on customer service. The last time he came out, he replaced the entire panel and it still kept doing the same thing. Toshiba finally agreed to replace it and were kind enough to give us a 55" TV for our troubles. The hard part was dealing with them. Not easy at all. Also, BestBuy has a terrible return policy and wouldn't help us at all. I won't buy anything of significance from there ever again. There are way too many places out there willing to bend over backwards to help out. Sorry to sound negative but these are just the facts.

Beep is way too loud

Works nicely but the beep is so loud. There is a way to turn it off completely which we did but no way to turn it down partway. Other than that works well for the 8 months we have used it. No other troubles.

Repair man has been out numerous times

I would give this zero stars if possible. We loved the look of the fridge and doors seem to open and close very nicely. However, right after we started using it, we noticed the ice was melting and dripping out the dispenser frequently. Putting a thermometer in the fridge, we discovered that even though the door indicated said 33 deg, it was in the mid 40's. We have had the repair man out so many times we can't count the visits. He said these are built so poorly there is really nothing much he can do. So we stuff a rag into the front ice dispenser so it won't drip all over the floor. Really a bummer and of course Best Buy won't do anything to help us.
