Lower rack comes off track all the time, total pain, especially when it's loaded. Otherwise the unit cleans and dries very well and runs very quiet.

We went without a fridge for two months as we spent 6 weeks fighting with the warranty company trying to get our old fridge fixed. We gave up and gave up on Maytag forever. I was a little hesitant to order a fridge from a company that also makes cell phones and TV's. But after reading numerous positive reviews and the fact that LG backs the compressor for 10 years, we ordered. We had to wait three weeks and put up with unprofessional office staff from the delivery company. All is forgotten now that we have this really nice LG.
