We use this to separate our old wifi enabled gear (non-5G) from our new gear (5G). Speeds around the house dramatically improved, even tho we only use 1 or 2 items at a time. Our Samsung SmartTV stopped telling us it was buffering our YouTube/Amazon/Hulu/etc.
Oh, and this router has a USB port in it. We attached a detachable hard drive to it and have our own in-house cloud.

The instructions are missing. Everybody says so. You can find them by searching the JBL website for SB350. You might also want to search the Harman website for the SB35. The user manual for its cousin has some tips and tricks. (Who else would know to go there????)
We have not yet been able to link the HDMI capabilities. We attached the cable to the ports, but so far, absolutely nothing has happened. There doesn't even seem to be a diagnostic. And a website, maybe C|NET said something like, there is no standardization, so don't bother. (We have a Samsung UHD 4k TV.) We hooked up the digital audio cable. It seems to work ok.
(Maybe we'd recommend it to a friend. The price is right. Best Buy Guy recommended it to us as a good mid-range value.)

Solid hardware; some flexibility

This hardware affixed very firmly to the wall. It's action allows one to pull the really big TV away from the wall and rotate the 65" TV maybe 20-30 degrees to the left and the right. It also lets one tilt the TV up and down. It's very well balanced, so it doesn't need to be screwed and unscrewed when moving the TV.
Don't trust the instructions! We put the template on the wall incorrectly and drilled the holes at the wrong height. Our TV is not at the correct height, but that's OK for us. We had a range and we just fit in the good zone.

Big TV - very much "Samsung Family"

This TV attempts to lock you into the South Korean way. There are a number of extra special attributes that this TV could have (above and beyond the awesome stuff that comes standard), but you need other Samsung products to get access to them. Chiefly, "screen mirroring," which the instructions say, "if your cell phone or computer doesn't say 'I have screen mirroring,' then it doesn't and you cannot use it."
But the screen is clear and with ULTRA 4k, the look is almost as good as plasma. And, it says on the big yellow sticker that you'll only spend $45 per year running your TV if you only turn it on 3 hours per day! And it's a REALLY BIG TV!
NB: We don't have Samsung cell phones. It'd be great to screen mirror, so that we could type stuff on our cell phones and get it to bump over to the REALLY BIG TV. But, we're getting used to using the remote control.

How much does the mount weigh?
It fought back a little bit. It must weigh between 10-20 lb.

very probably. It's designed to attach to all kinds of TV's and it's weight is on the specs as supporting up to 130lb.

Other Devices Needed?
Do you need to purchase other devices such as Amazon Fire TV, Roku 3 or Apple TV to get the most content or does the app on the TV handle all that?
The wifi inside connects to your wifi router.
The objects you talk about can connect to your tv. The TV has YouTube apps in it and Amazon INstant Video, and Hulu and Netflix. (Those are all apps, so the Smart TV can have them installed.)
If you want the services of, say, Roku, you'll still have to buy Roku and plug it in via the many USB ports on the back.

the description says you can,"Watch your smartphone content on your TV, and vice versa..." How does that work? Does it require an app to be installed on your smartphone? Does it work via wifi or bluetooth, or what?
You need a "screen mirroring" 'device,' which I think is at this time only a cell phone or tablet. And I think screen mirroring can only be found on Samsung products.

It's LED, but it's not JUST LED! It's ULTRA HI DEF! It's supposedly even built to be upgradable to the next level of ultra-ness, whatever that is. And, you know the LED advantage, it says it only will cost $45 per year to use it if you only use it 3 hrs per day.

No. The desk base that comes with the TV is 2 solid pieces that adjust up and down. That's all that the base does.
