very stylish and sturdy, a little lower than the average stand but holds equipment securely. If get free standing tv on top make sure get tv with good TV height stand or may be too low. when both together

Is it possible to connect the digital optical audio output to an analog input?

I just bought a Sony KDL 40W600B tv. I have an analog HT system that I'd hate to have to replace. My old Sony Bravia (also HD) had RCA outputs that connected just fine. This new tv doesn't seem to have RCA outputs, only component inputs.
The Home theater System is a Niro Pro 1.1. I love the sound it produces and don't wish to replace it. Any advice or suggestions on how to connect these would be greatly appreciated.
I also have a Sony Blu-Ray DVD connected to the tv via HDMI cables. DVDs play but the sound comes out of the tv now, not the NIro like it used to. Thanks.

if you have an optical audio input on your surround sound, it should work connect streamer to optical audio input on you r receiver. set receiver to this input and tv to streamer input. should work if have these inputs. I had same problem good picture but wrong sound. These cables will work if you have optical audio connections on both ends of source and sound system

How to hook up Apple TV to Bise speakers

I have samsung receiver but probably similar. Hook cable from apple TV directly to your tv set noting imput number. Hook these optical audio cables from apple tv to surround sound optical audio input. Set receiver to accept sound through optical audio input. Picture should go directly to tv through the input number you selected and sound should go through receiver to your speakers.

CONNECTION PROBLEM

I HAVE CONNECTED ONE END TO MY DIRECT TV DVR RECEIVER AND THE OTHER END TO MY BOSE 321 SYSTEM AND DO NOT GET ANY SOUND. WHAT CAN I DO?

Check to see the source on you receiver. I have to use 3 remote controls on my samsung system to gell all stars alligned. Your surrond sound system is probably not set to receive from your streamer. has different input. Samsung has input for optical cable. hope that helps.

not sure but one may have wired rear speakers and one is wireless. wireless does good job and much easire to install but need electircal outlet near rear speaker position

small remote control has a setting for 3 D sound. this allows all attached devices to be surround sound. and is very decent surround sound for money without wires to rear speakers

Does the unit have a fan installed to move air thru it?

dont think so. use in living room in entertainment center for hours at a time and doesn't seem to get hot. certainl has not failled after long periods of use

All the time surround sound?

I just bought a Series 5, and am actually happy with the way it sounds and operates. I am however, disappointed that the rear speakers will only work when playing a disk. Does the Series 6 unit have surround sound all the time?

Comcast remote and volume control through digital in setting

I previously set up my Smart Blu-ray HTS with perfection. Most recently, I have noticed that I can no longer control the volume with my Comcast xfinity remote. If I do use the comcast remote, it only controls the audio to the TV not the HTS Blu-ray. Does anyone know how to resync the comcast remote to allow volume control of the HTS Blu-ray? Thank you in advance.

with mine i had to punch in code to remote using code for samsung surround sound on unused remote button. (aux or dvd button on top). then when I want to control sound volume I push this same button to adjust sound. Then have to push tv button to again control tv.
