Better than Office 365

This is exactly what I wanted it to be! I can easily maneuver around Office as I have used this for as long as I can remember, and my work uses the same, so I can easily go between work and home. I am glad that I chose this vs. Office 365 since I am NOT interested in having any other devices connected to Microsoft Office...I don't want to do work from my phone! Besides, with google drive, I don't see why Office 365 is needed and am glad I just flat out bought this product. Very happy.

Works better than my 9 year old laptop...but...

This laptop is a huge improvement from my previous laptop that was 9 years old. I am THRILLED with the size of this laptop, the clarity, the ability for laptop to keep itself cool, and the number keypad on the side of the keyboard.
There are a few things that I take issue with, but they're not necessarily a deal breaker: 1) the mouse is very sensitive. Even after adjusting, it's still tricky and we find ourselves clicking on things we didn't want to click on 2) Depending on what website I am at, typing can be very difficult. For example, I was just trying to compose an email in one of my accounts, and there was an issue with delay, words not showing up, and me having to wait for the computer to recognize I was ready to type. I do not know if this is an issue with just certain sites as it doesn't happen all the time, or could it be that the computer was still "warming up" as I just turned it on from being shut down? And I am within inches of the wireless modem! **Someone mentioned this in a review I read, too** Overall this is a great laptop and I would recommend it to a friend!
