This is my second life proof case. My first fell apart, piece by piece. The case may keep your phone from breaking and be waterproof, but it has some awkward features. The opening covering charger port is very, very hard to open for me. The cover on the ringer switch turns the ringer off frequently. I also think it is hard to open case to turn ringer back on and this was an issue on my last one. It had been over a year since my last one broke apart and I put back on my survivor case, so forgot those issues.

I hate this cover and feel cheated for the price I paid. Only got because Otter box was not found in Columbia Area. I have to take off the case when I talk to several people, even when phone is on high.
