You need to check your setup. If you are using steam, origin, etc, it give you the option in advance settings to relocate your saving files. The default of any programs is the C drive. Just change it to D drive and all your games will go there. I changed my download , document, pictures, videos, etc to my D drive because I want to keep my C drive as empty as possible and just install programs that needs the speed of my 525gb SSD which is photoshop, video editor, and may be 1-2 MMO online games, which I am constantly using. (all this type of installation is manually)
