It is super efficient and dries my loads in less time then anticipated. The dry sensor is great and senses when the clothes are dry and shuts itself off. Clothes are more then dry every time. Hopefully this will result in energy savings over time.

theses pedestals were a must. Raises the level of the washer and dryer to a comfortable level for everyday use and also provides valuable storage space for you cleaning products. In my case it was like getting two additional cabinets for storage needs. My installation would not allow stacking the washer and dryer on top of one another.

Just love the refrigerator. Haven't had it for very long but so far it is everything I expected. I looked at this refrigerator for over a month and a half and compared it with other brands and always came back to this one based on everything it does for you. I have small grandchildren and the middle drawer is just great for storing their drinks and snacks. So easy to teach a 4 year old this is your drawer and here are your things. If there is anything that someone might complain about it would be the icemaker. Not a lot of ice but for my needs it is just right. If you were planning a party you might want to bag a few bags of ice and store in the freezer beforehand.

Does the custom chill drawer have dividers inside? Can they be removed?
If I would like to place a sheet cake in the custom chill drawer, are there dividers in the way and can they be removed or repositioned??
they are can be repositioned and are very flexible in that regard. I suppose they can be removed if you really wanted them out.

Does this refrigerator include the waterline hose?
I recently bought this fridge and have scheduled delivery and install, when checking out at the register the rep did not see the system offer a waterline hose. She did mention I had to buy an approved one for BB to install. She said that the reason for not showing must have been that it already had it. Does it include the waterline? If not, which one can I get that can be installed by BB when its delivered?
No it does not. You have to purchase that separately.

Refrigerator Width vs door opening
Can the doors and freezer drawers be removed in order to get the refrigerator through door?
all of the doors can be removed to get the refrigerator in the door. Mine all had to be removed in order to get inside my house. The installers were well versed on the product and was done in minimal time even having to remove the doors.
