Cables may be way too long for your needs

I purchased this wiring kit to install a Pioneer receiver in my Bose equipped Corvette. This wiring kit made the actual wiring of the bypass very simple, but that's where my satisfaction ended. In some Corvettes (like mine) the Bose CDM is under the dash on the passenger side but in other Corvettes and GM vehicles the CDM is in the rear of the car. This kit assumes that your CDM is in the rear of the car so all of the cables are over 10 feet long. This isn't much of an issue with the power lead and other smaller wires with no fitting on the ends because you can just trim them to the appropriate length, but the antenna and component cables cannot be simply cut to length and you end up with15 feet of thick cables that you are trying to cram up under a dash that doesn't have room to accommodate that kind of bulk. I appreciate that there are many GM vehicles with factory Bose systems and Metra wants to keep costs low by offering a wiring kit that will work with all of them, but this means you are getting a product that might not meet the specific needs of your vehicle. Though it might cost more money, Metra should offer a separate kit for Corvettes and/or GM vehicles that have the Bose CDM under the dash.

Helped make the stereo install simple

I purchased this kit to swap out the Bose receiver in my Corvette with a Pioneer double DIN receiver. The kit came with a lot of un-needed parts if swapping a double DIN for another. The only parts needed from the kit were the screws and brackets to attach the receiver to the dash, but it also came with a storage bin and other adapters for a single DIN receiver. You can't do a proper install without this kit; however, all C4 and newer Corvettes have double DIN receivers and I can't imaging anyone would be swapping out their factory receiver for a single DIN receiver so you end up paying for parts that you don't need and throwing them in the trash.

Features and sound better than stock Bose system

I purchased this receiver to replace the tired Bose system in my Corvette. I don't drive the car daily or for long distances, but the stock stereo was not even worth turning on. This Pioneer receiver was very easy to set up after install and the sound is a huge improvement over the 20 year old stock system. Screen layout is fantastic and makes it quick and easy to switch from FM to Bluetooth or changing channels without being distracting. The touch screen is very responsive and has great color. Sound is very good and the custom EQ allows you to get the sound just the way you want it. I wanted a cheap but decent receiver and ended up with much more than I had anticipated.

We've only had our Google Home for a few weeks, but I have been very impressed by how versatile it is for what I consider to be a great price. We enjoy listening to music while working around the house and Google Home makes it super simple to play anything in my Google Play library, Pandora, or YouTube. While you are listening to music you can set a timer for cooking without interrupting the music and can turn the volume up or down with only your voice. The small speakers won't blow you away with bass, but they still have great sound. No more lost keys

My son has a habit of losing his house key and I prefer to not carry around a pocket full of keys, so I purchased the August Smart Lock along with an August Smart Keypad as a way to eliminate the need to carry a house key. Installation of the lock was very quick and simple and can be done by anyone with some basic skills. The package included 3 different "fittings" that will work with many different brands of locks and worked perfectly with my Kwikset deadbolt. Fit an finish are high quality. You can still lock and unlock the deadbolt with the key or manually (from the inside) if you choose, but now we have the options of using the August app or Smart Keypad. My only complaint is that you have to purchase a completely separate device if you want to access your Smart Lock remotely.

Not just an expansion to Uncharted 4

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy is not just an expansion pack for Uncharted 4 and is superb as a stand-alone game. You can complete the game in about 6 to 8 hours depending on your desire to collect every hidden treasure. As a guy who really enjoyed playing through the entire Uncharted series as Nathan Drake, I was a bit surprised that I thoroughly enjoyed playing The Lost Legacy as Chloe. The artwork and environments are amazing, controls are familiar for Uncharted fans, and gameplay was smooth and glitch free. My only complaint is when you're in a dark environment, the movements become a bit blurry and hard on the eyes. I have a new Samsung 4K TV with a very fast refresh rate, so I'm not sure if it has anything to do with frame rates or something of that nature. This only happens in about 2% of the game so it's not that big of a deal.

Does not work well with all phone cases

I purchased this PopSocket for my son's iPhone SE. His phone is in a case that does not have a completely smooth surface and the PopSocket fell off within the first few minutes after it was attached. His case has little raised grips on it to help him hold the phone. If you have a case and it isn't a flat surface, the adhesive on the PopSocket will not hold. We have three other phones in our home, each of them have OtterBox cases and PopSockets, and the PopSockets work fine with those cases.
