Worth the upgrade!!

I originally was looking at replacing a failed 2TB 7200rpm drive with the same type, but recent price drops with SSD's got me to to look at them again. This one was significantly lower priced than the comparable Samsung and seemed to get decent reviews on various sites so I made the change. WOW am I glad I did. System is SO much faster in response and showing me what the full potential of the system is. Don't think to hard at this price, just go for it!

Great speakers
on February 10, 2015

I listed to a TON of speakers when looking for a new home theater solution. I used to have tower speakers with built-in powered subs which I still loved. Getting a new entertainment center required a change so I looked at everything from speaker bars to smaller towers to bookshelf speakers. While I liked the Martin Logan speaker bar the best for sound, the lake of HDMI inputs and flexibility I was used to by using my receiver as the audio/video switcher. I first was looking at B&W or Definitive speaker systems, but quickly realized my wide range music taste were much better served by the Martin Logan speakers. I paired these with the Motion 30 center and a Definitive sub. Great sound and couldn't be happier. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Doesn't list the physical dimensions. What are they? Will this work internally for a laptop?

Its the same size as a std 2.5" spindle drive. Their website states 5.2 x 4.7 x 1.2 inches (height 7mm)

Does this SSD already come formatted for over-partitioning and recovery?

The one I got was not partitioned, but loaded up the new Win10 just fin and I setup a backup partition. Very solid drive.
