Terrible installation

Took 2 weeks to get it activated. The clerk who sold it to me had 1 objective; get me out as fast as possible. His installation did not work. Terribly understaffed. Not happy with the hotspot either. Very poor menu system. Functionally its adequate. Boost online help is non existent. Their phone support was good. I expected much more from Best Buy. About what I expected from Boost.
