Very good, but with some flaws

I purchased this thermostat for several reasons, I wanted a smart thermostat that can be controlled from my phone, as well as having remote sensor capability, and looks visually appealing in my home. This thermostat meets all of those criteria. Controls are easy, set up was quick (app walks you through every installation detail with pictures), and really helps to properly schedule varying temperatures throughout the day to save on heating/cooling bills.
My only complaints are that the thermostat will restart randomly once in awhile. The restart only takes a minute so the house temperature isn't affected, but it is not ideal. Secondly, my furnace will short cycle one time before staying on until the desired temperature is met. This did not happen with my previous thermostat, and nothing else has changed.
Overall, I am happy with the purchase but I was hoping for more consistent operation considering the price point. The issues mentioned do not cause any lapse in performance, but shouldn't be happening. My bills have decreased with the installation of this product, and having full control over it from anywhere via my phone is a luxury that is great to have.

Great TV for the price

This 65" Samsung is a wonderful value television. I purchased it on black friday for $899.00, which is a great price for a 65" 4k tv. The setup when I got home was very quick and simple. The tv was mounted to the wall and fully functional 5 minutes after it was out of the box (mount was already on the wall prior to purchase).
The image is very good. I did have to play with the settings for the first few days to find the right combination of values (backlight, sharpness, color, etc...) for my room size and lighting conditions. There are definitely tv's out there with a better picture, but I wasn't going to spend twice as much for a slightly improved picture. The detail and depth of the picture is awesome, and the colors are bright and vibrant.
Surprisingly, the sound is very acceptable as well. Obviously external speakers are ideal, but the sound this tv puts out is not leaving me running to the store to buy more hardware.
The apps work very easily, and I actually like the smart remote that it comes with (I know many people aren't a fan of it). I control my channels with the Fios box remote, so having a numberless remote doesn't bother me at all.
It is my opinion that this tv is perfect for the majority of people out there and the value is great, but you can get an improved picture and refresh rate if you are willing to spend some more money to do so.

Picked this up for my daughter. Movie quality is what you would expect for Blu-Ray. No issues, and love getting the digital copy with the hard copies. Best Buy price matched amazon to save me an extra $5. No complaints here.
