Amazing unit, tons and tons of sound with superb bass.... kids love the lights, they can be shut off, thank goodness. I use this mainly for my outdoor theatre. It streams Netflix soundtracks and pumps out the bass and treble extremely well for a compact system. Rugged construction. Perfect for the kids to take to the basketball court. Cheaper and sounds better than the Bose Soundtouch 30 (I took it back). Bluetooth works flawlessly with laptops, phones, Mac, Windows 10 (Bose doesn't). Way more bass and more room filling sound than Bose.

Probably Great for Indoors..... not for Outside

Only 1 star for outside... made for inside.... took this back as I wanted a screen for watching movies outside.... thought this might work, but the first slight wind and it would tip over.....some of the parts are plastic that should be aluminum, so I'd worry about it lasting a long time.
I took it back and went with Elite Screen's Yardmaster 2, 120" screen instead. It, BTW, is absolutely superb! A must for all outdoor theatre builders. Best Buy didn't have it in stock, but found it on line at another dealer.

Bose forums are full of posts of folks who are running Windows 10 and want to stream to their Bose who are unable to do so. Streams great from phones, but if you wanted to play a movie on Netflix, stream the audio via bluetooth to your Bose, nope, won't work. Worst thing, Bose has no solution yet. Plus, the Bose really didn't fill the room or sound as great as it should for this kind of coin. I took this back and went with the Sony GTKXB7BC. Not as elegant or compact as the Bose, but, wow, way, way, way more sound volume and streams bluetooth perfectly. My outdoor theatre sounds amazing, no need for a separate sub, this is an all in 1 unit. My kids love it for streaming music from their phones while on the basketball court or they take it to the volleyball court. Kids love the flashing LEDs that can be turned off, thank goodness. Tons of power, rugged, go with the Sony for sure.
