Amazing case, the Best Buy website is wrong by the way, I tried to get a life proof that charged the case with a lightning connector for my iPhone. They were wrong, all micro usb. Sad for me, because I have 7 or 8 lightning only chargers around my house, in my car, combined. This case is really pricy, but has lightning connector. No more micro usb cables for me! BAD thing about this case is headphone jack, your cable has to be super thin or it won't fit. None of mine do. But case is not hard to snap off and back on for me to use the aux cord. Otherwise you're going to love this case!

Ambient Noise - Allows you to hear a bit of background noise, a little, lot, or none at all.
Comfortable - Snug Fit
APP - The JBL my Headphone app has 2.7 rating on App Store...You must be thinking, is this app really that bad? Could they have failed this hard? Well, the answer is yes and no. If you know how to use the app corectly, it is very useful and improves the quality of music tenfold. Jbl doesn't make any of this crystal clear; first off, the app ONLY works for the elites, and I'm told the reflects as well, have only tried the elites with the app. Second, for the app to recognize your headphones they MUST be connected through Bluetooth. Not the aux cable. If you are wanting to utilize the app through a wired pair, then I'm not really sure why you picked up a wireless set of headphones. Also in order to connect through Bluetooth wirelessly, the aux cable cannot be plugged into the headphones. The App is 4.8 stars for me. Improves the quality of music, and people who have given 1 star rating don't understand how to use the app.

The jaybird X2 headphones are some of the greatest wireless headphones you can buy. I am a sound engineer/audiophile, and I love these headphones for their versatility, comfort, and sound quality. First off, they are customizable with a variation of wings, (the part that makes them stay in your ear, looks like a grid), silicon earbuds, and comply foam earbuds. No matter how big or small your ear, these will fit. They are very comfortable in your ear, water resistant (rain/sweat, not submersible), and do not fall out while running. The sound quality is very good, highs, mids, and lows all balance pretty equally. However, if you are wanting extreme bass, maybe don't care too much about sound quality, then these are not the headphones for you. Bass is good enough for me as I like a detailed and balanced sound. If you want a bit of a bass boost, regardless of overall sound quality, beats are a good option for you. (
keep in mind beats earphones wired/wireless are not fully sweat proof and water resistant like these are). If you want sound quality unmatched by sport headphones for the gym, running, working out etc., go with the jaybird x2's. Now for someone who doesn't use these for workout/gym headphones, not going to get wet, not going to be rained on, etc, go with the Jaybird Freedom. It has customizable equalizers on the application for IOS/Android. Better control, better sound quality. Also has options to where you can listen to music with the exact presets of the music when it was recorded. You can listen to music how other people have their settings adjusted to you options to where you can listen to music with the exact presets of the music when it was recorded. You can listen to music how other people have their settings adjusted to, by sharing the settings you have on the app. This way you can listen exactly how the music was meant to be created. I just bought the X twos and love them but I'm going to get the X3's when they come out. X3's will have The customizable equalizer in them. They are top of the line custom in ear molds for the absolute best phenomenal sound quality. Price can get up there though. Another, cheaper option are the Shure se215's, $99 bucks. I had these before 1964's for a while but I used them at the gym and tore them up, well worth it all the while. Finally, you are welcome to give me feedback on my review, all of it is much appreciated, and I hope I have influenced your decision positively!

Hey, you, you beautiful human being, stop what you're doing for a minute and read this. I promise it will be worth your time. I am a long-time customer of Best Buy. They have won my business over the span of many years. Of all my purchases through Best Buy, this was by far the best one. This speaker is the best sounding, portable speaker that I have come across.
PROS: Sound quality. Sound is quality. Sounds like surround sound and get get very loud. I'm an audiophile, and the fact that a portable speaker like this can get that loud without any loss in sound quality (you lose a tiny bit of your bass that the loudest setting, but other than that, nothing) is absolutely incredible. My applause for the guys at Harmon Kardon/JBL. Bass: Bass is phenomenal. There are two woofers, one in the front behind the grill and one in the back. Volume control is perfect, in sync with streaming device. Wireless Bluetooth, painless setup, instant connectivity.
CONS: The only con I have is the battery life. The battery life out of the box is about five hours, I found the more I used it the shorter that life became. Make sure to get the Geek Squad Product replacement warranty, because your battery will die, eventually, and it will only last about 3 minutes at max volume. That being said, this happened to me after having it for about 6 months, and also I did not take care of the battery. I left it on when I should have turned it off, sometimes leaving it on all night, on standby. I find it easier that way, since I have the speaker near me most of the time, plugged in. Make sure to cycle your battery properly (let the battery completely die and charge it back up again) in order to keep your battery life maintained.
IMPORTANT: Suggestion for the Manufacturer: make the updated version or the onyx studio 3 with a remote. Would give 7 stars with that.

This watch is becoming necessity for me, more and more every day.
PROS: I find it easy to quickly reply to a text when I am near my phone, yet it is not in arms reach. When I'm at the gym, and my phone is not on me, I can have control over my music through the watch. When I am at work, if I am with a client/customer, I can quickly either respond or acknowledge calls/texts without the hassle of going through my phone.
CONS: I only have a few issues with this device, one of those is that it is not standalone. It does require an iPhone to walk with it hand-in-hand. If it was self-sufficient, it would be so much more helpful at times. Also, I can find my phone with my watch; I would like to be able to find my watch with my phone. The camera would be a nice touch as well . If it had even few of these, it would automatically get five stars from me. Personally I find this very useful, but it may not be such a big deal to other people. If you're thinking about getting this watch for personal use, definitely consider it; but for a business environment, your decision should be absolute.

As far as Zagg, there are the HD clear, and the HD glass. The glass is superior, it is actually glass, not plastic like the clear. Always go with the glass. Zagg will replaced your screen as many times as you want as many times as you pay shipping. HD glass, really good cases.

Where to return if it breaks?
Do i take it to bestbuy or send it to razer?
Hi friend, you have a one year manufacturer warranty, which can be fulfilled through Razer; however I would recommend that you get the product replacement plan that Best Buy/Geek Squad offers. If within the timeframe you have any issues at all with it, bring it in to the store and they will take care of you, completely.
