I knew this dishwasher didn't have heated drying when I bought it, so the drying time is not an issue for me. The condensation dry works great on most items but leaves plastic items rather wet and if bowls are stacked slightly, they don't dry well either. This dishwasher does everything else wonderfully and I am not disappointed with my purchase.

What's great about it: cleans dishes very well, quiet, drying non plastic items
What's not so great: dying of plastic items or items that are touching each other
