Extremely Fun and Easy to Use

It's really fun flying this drone. It is very very easy to use and control. I first used it in a warehouse at work where it was a controlled environment with no wind and it performed perfectly. The drone responded to every input on the remote and was able to land itself with the push of a button. I had a short flight time of about 15 minutes but it was enough to enjoy zipping across the warehouse.
The drone struggles in the wind when it is flown outside but for the most part it holds up. The range is pretty good and the camera connected to the phone allows you to see what the drone sees which makes flying it a little more fun.
Overall, this drone was very simple to set up, easy to fly, and enjoyable to use. The camera isn't anything out of this world but it gets the job done with a clear image on pictures and video. It takes an SD card to save footage and is easily extractable. The companion app is cool because it allows you to see how much flight time you have left and activate certain functionalities like recording or take pictures.
It's extremely fun to play with.

The Kangaroo smart wifi video doorbell has all the bells and whistles as it's competitors, but lacks consistent software, has connectivity problems frequently, and hides a lot behind an expensive pay wall.
The set up is simple. Connecting to WiFi and adding both devices (doorbell and USB chime) was straightforward and quick. I had no issues with the app or connecting it right away. Ringing the doorbell activated the chime right away and all seemed well.
Installing the doorbell was also very simple. It's some 3M adhesive on the mounting plate and you stick it on the wall outside where there is a good strong connection which the app lets you test before installing. If you ever need to remove the doorbell, it's also simple. Just a screw away from removing it from the mounting plate to charge.
Everything so far has been less than perfect. The app is great and has a lot of features but I'm having trouble connecting to a live feed much too often. It buffers for more than a minute at time to get the live feed. I have to constantly exit and restart the app to be able to get a live feed.
The motion detector is great to have but it doesn't work all the time. It is very hit or miss and I have walked in front of it a bunch of times but it only alerts me of motion it seems at random.
The picture quality is good. It's not stellar by any means but it's a clear picture and the recordings are good quality. The sound is audible but not the best quality. It is passable in the event of people talking to the doorbell. You can understand each other but it is somewhat strenuous.
Overall, the doorbell works as a doorbell. You click it and it chimes indoors. The chime is loud enough to cover one small 9x9 bedroom but you will need multiple chimes set up throughout the home to get full coverage unless you have a small open space studio. The video quality is good and takes good recordings. The software + connectivity needs some work. I would not recommend this video doorbell to my friends if they cared about those complaints I made. Otherwise, it is good enough to have something there that can record for free and more peace of mind but it may fail you when you really need it due to it's pitfalls.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This projector is small and has good image quality. It is Full HD and supports HDMI input as well as Bluetooth.
The Bluetooth connection is good but the sound lags. I tried connecting to soundbar via Bluetooth and the audio was about a second behind from the visual. The alternative is to connect it via AUX cord which stops the lagging problem.
If you don't have an external audio device, the sound from the projector is decent. It's going to be fine for a little while but it will never get as loud or as clear as you want it to.
Connecting my laptop via HDMI also presented a problem. The audio from the projector would not function and so I resorted to using the laptop speakers. Apparently, it is an issue with the projector not supporting certain audio sources natively.
The image quality of the projector is also decent. I enjoyed using it and didn't mind that the colors were not true. I have included a picture showing the difference from my laptop and the projector screen. Keep in mind, this was outdoors at night and the laptop has an OLED screen. Certain colors are washed out such as the blues, reds, and oranges in the picture. The whites and blacks are pretty accurate and it takes a lot of fine tuning before you get the image quality you can agree with. The pros are that you can mess around with the brightness, contrast, and sharpness to suit your needs and save that specific profile.
One really positive thing about this projector is how portable it is. It comes with a small backpack so you can transport it anywhere you go. I had it connected to a Jackery solar generator with no issues. I am definitely going to take this projector with me next time I go camping.
I also tested it in the bedroom with the image on a wall and have included that short video clip from YouTube from MKBHD channel. The picture quality is great and the sound is good.
Overall, I really like this projector and would recommend it to someone looking for a portable projector for outdoor movie nights, quick setup in a living room or bedroom, or even camping. I wouldn't recommend to someone looking for the best image quality, best features, or best sound. It is decent all around for the price.

WOW WOW WOW BEST LAPTOP I'VE EVER OWNED

I am extremely impressed with the XPS-13 Plus. As soon as I turned it on and set it up, I was immediately greeted with a beautiful screen and image. The OLED screen is very pleasing to the eye especially when watching videos and scrolling through image galleries.
Aesthetically, it gets a 10 out of 10 rating. Not only is the screen beautiful, the design is very sleek. Functionality wise, the laptop has a few unique features I've never seen before but am loving.
First of all, there is no visible track pad. The track pad is hidden underneath glass and is very responsive. I didn't really have to get use to it because it functions like a normal track pad. You can still get the clicky response when right or left clicking and it is like second nature to hit the correct button.
Secondly, there are no physical function keys. The function keys are now illuminated on the top of the laptop keyboard and are capacitive. They are also very responsive and I actually love this change.
Thirdly, the keyboard itself has very little gaps in between the keys. I had no trouble typing at my normal typing speed and I even score higher than on a normal keyboard. I do however have small hands and fingers so it may be a different experience with someone who has bigger hands.
The XPS Plus performance is top notch. Intel's 12th gen core i7 chip is phenomenal. It is so easy to get work done without waiting for programs to load or images to render at high speeds. With 16gb of RAM, I never had to worry about having too many programs open and running at the same time. Doing processor heavy tasks like editing video felt like a breeze with this laptop.
One more thing I have to mention is how great the speakers are on the XPS 13 Plus. It is by far the best listening experience I have ever had on a laptop. The sound is clear, crisp, and can get very loud without distortion. Watching movies, tv shows, or listening to music without connecting the headphones is actually doable/bearable on this laptop.
If I had any negative things to say about the XPS 13 Plus it would be that there are only 2 thunderbolt 4 ports on it. Connecting any external devices would require adapters or dongles. A headphones jack and USB A dongle did come in the box which is nice but you may have to invest in a multiport dock if you plan on connecting this to an external monitor or plugging in any external devices.
Overall, this is the best laptop I have ever owned and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to upgrade or buying as a gift. Performance is top notch, design is beautiful, sound is phenomenal, and the screen will speak for itself.

Sleek Design with Amazing Sound

These will be my next pair of headphones for a good while. They sound great, look good, are comfortable, and easy to control.
My immediate impression while trying these on were that they were extremely comfortable but also felt very snug on my head. The cushioning surrounded my ears and closed off the outside noise.
As I paired them to my phone, turned them on, downloaded the app, and played some music, I was very happy with the sound. The default sound signature didn't tailor to a heavy bass and it was also crispy clear. I also have the option to customize the sound signature if I wanted more bass which I tried at the highest possible configuration and it definitely bumps without distortion at the right volume.
The headphones do get very loud at the highest volume. I used them mostly at 75% volume which is where I found the sweet spot for great sound and noise cancelation to completely tune out of the outside noise.
The automatic pause and play feature by lifting an ear cup also worked everytime. I did have to adjust the sensitivity to the highest it could go but it worked perfectly every time.
The physical buttons to control the headphones are very clicky and are very pronounced so it's easy to control. I never had an issue finding the right button I was looking for or missing presses.
The headphones also look awesome. They are all black with metal trim and white lettering. They do have a premium feel and look.
The battery life is exactly in competition with other similar headphones in this space and as long as the battery and software updates hold up, this will be my favorite pair and go to headphones for a long time.

It's not the best for gaming or video editing but it is phenomenal. I have used this monitor for gaming, editing short videos, and work.
Gaming on this monitor is great. I don't have any complaints especially with AMD Free Sync. My graphics card is compatible with the technology so I don't experience any choppiness or tearing in any of my gameplay. It is as smooth as can be. The image is also fantastic as this is an IPS panel and I can be moving in my chair or share a screen with my wife while playing on PS5 instead of PC and get very consistent colors. The response time is 4ms so it isn't the best in class but it is fast. It is Full HD and not 4k so it won't be the best but it is still fantastic.
Editing video is a similar experience in terms of visual quality and responsiveness. The computer is doing the majority of the work in both cases but the monitor does provide the clarity and consistency you need when editing.
Working on this monitor has been great as well. It has 2 HDMI ports so I connect one to my gaming PC and one to PS5. When I'm not gaming, I'm usually working. I don't get screen fatigue but I will have a complaint about the stand it comes with. It is not height adjustable so if you're not seated at the correct height, it can be straining on the body to work all day. I fixed that by getting my own stand and that mounted perfectly.
Overall, this monitor isn't the best but it is fantastic. From the design to the performance it checks all the boxes.

The Future of Heating Food

This is the most advanced microwave I have ever owned. It is straight out of a sci-fi movie. Whether it is the sensor cooking technology, the Alexa voice commands, or even built in safety features, this microwave impressed me and overwhelmed me at the same time.
Size: It is a large microwave and best suitable if you have a lot of counter space.
Appearance: It is stainless steel and blends in well to the kitchen along with all other stainless steel appliances.
Performance: 10 power levels from Low to High. There is also a warm option that you can have the microwave go into after cooking time has elapsed to keep the food warm. I never had an issue with my food being too cold or not cooked enough.
Features:
Sensor Cook: One of the best features available on this microwave is the ability to sensor cook based on weight and food type. I had a frozen dinner that I wanted to try this on so I got the weight from the box and programmed the microwave to sensor cook for that weight. The microwave starts heating without a timer. Once the microwave senses a burst of steam, the timer starts. My frozen dinner cooked in precisely the amount of time that the box recommended and it came out perfectly.
Sensor Cook: One of the best features available on this microwave is the ability to sensor cook based on weight and food type. I had a frozen dinner that I wanted to try this on so I got the weight from the box and programmed the microwave to sensor cook for that weight. The microwave starts heating without a timer. Once the microwave senses a burst of steam, the timer starts. My frozen dinner cooked in precisely the amount of time that the box recommended and it came out perfectly.
Turbo Defrost: I may have incorrectly used this feature to defrost half a pound of burger patties but it got the job done. My burger patty was starting to actually cook instead of defrost only. I recommend resorting to the manual for defrosting.
Voice Commands: One of the coolest features I have seen on an appliance is the ability to use voice commands. Set up was quick and simple with the QR code inside the microwave. Once set up, I asked Alexa to cook microwave for 30 seconds and it starting cooking! I asked Alexa to stop microwave and it stopped shortly after. Even when you ask for Alexa to defrost certain meats Alexa will ask you for the weight to ensure it is cooking or defrosting optimally. One note is that if the microwave hasn't been opened in a long time, the voice commands won't work.
Safety: This microwave allows you to child proof it by simply hitting the start/stop button 3 times consecutively. With this feature on, you can't start the microwave until you press the button 3 times consecutively again. It is not a feature I will use now but will come in handy in the future.
Overall, I am very impressed and satisfied with this microwave. I was also overwhelmed by everything it can do and I'm still discovering new things everyday.

Most Customizable LED Strip Lights

I am a huge fan of RGB lights. I installed these in my office/game room along the ceiling crown and it's amazing how much lighting adds to the ambience of a room.
The installation was quick and easy. The longest part of the set up was connecting to the internet. You have to be on 2.4 GHz network or it won't connect. This is fairly common with smart home devices so you just have to make sure your router supports this frequency and that you're connected to that channel when trying to pair these lights with your phone.
Once connected, the app offers a lot of customization and control. You can have your own light show and combine different effects to cater to your unique style. I tried this out for a bit before settling with a fading color changing sequence. You are able to customize to the mood that you're in but there are also the default options.
You don't need to connect to the app to get amazing light patterns or change the sequences. You can even turn on music mode straight from the control on the power adapter. This mode is extremely fun to use especially with bass heavy music.
The best part about these lights in my opinion is being able to control them through voice. It's very convenient not having to pull out the phone to control the lights or even just turn them on and off.
Overall, these are the best LED light strips that I have owned and I plan to install more throughout the home.

This is the perfect headset for someone who is on the phone a lot, in meetings, and works in an office setting. The headset connects to a computer through Bluetooth or with the included dongle. Set up is fast and easy. The touch controls are useful for volume control, mute, and opening a teams meeting or raising your hand in that meeting. The microphone does a great job at picking up vocals only and not any surrounding noise. The sound quality of the audio in the ear is dependent on the other person's microphone but you can hear them very clearly.
There is also an app called Poly Lens that you download on the computer that will perform software updates and offer additional features. There is even a feature similar to some smartwatches that remind you to take a break which is neat.
The battery life is a huge plus for this headset considering you can put it to charge when you leave the office. It will last you a full day of work. The downside is that you won't get a battery percentage reading. The charging however is pretty quick when I tested it for 30 min. It went from medium to high battery so if needed, you can charge on the lunch break and come back to full battery.
The headset is also comfortable. No fatigue throughout an 8 hour work day which is a problem for some headsets.
Overall, it's a great headset for the office. I will be recommending this to everyone in the office.

Phenomenal Sound and Features

I have this set up in a small bedroom that is about 80-100 square feet. Not only does this sound bar cover the entirety of the room with excellent sound, it is audible from anywhere in the house. The bass really kicks when you're watching action movies or there is a soundtrack with a lot of bass.
You are able to select what type of sound you want your system to focus on with this soundbar. If you want to hear the vocals more, there are buttons for that. You can select from 3 different ranges of voice enhancement which all increase voice output sound and decrease everything else in the sound signature. You can do the same with the wireless bass. You are really able to control how you want your movie, tv show, or music to sound. I like having the vocals at the forefront when watching most movies especially when there is a lot of action since I don't want the voices drowned out. The difference between the default setting and enhanced vocals is crystal clear.
The sound bar has Dolby Atmos enabled speakers which do make a difference when watching a movie but it isn't ever going to be like having an Atmos speaker above you. It is good enough to enjoy those movie moments when something whizzes over your head but not perfect.
Overall, this Polk soundbar is awesome for the bedroom. I'm sure it would work in a living room as well since the sound really travels well.

Need to connect Ethernet multi-port Hub to Google Home WiFi. This to allow me to connect SmartThings & Philips hubs which communicate with their smart devices. I also need a 2nd port to connect to the router. So are there 2 ports the Google WiFi home?
There is one port to connect to your modem and another to connect to other devices for WAN/LAN. Each Google Wifi access point has those two ports.

Does this replace my comcast router? How does the cord from TV connect to it? Also will Nest and Wemo connect with it?
Yes it will replace your Comcast router if you wanted it to. As to the question about the cord you need to be more specific. What kind of cord is it and what is it connecting to? Yes you can connect to WeMo and Nest. It has dual bands which are 2 and 5 Ghz . I believe WeMo needs 2 Ghz band to work so it would work.

I have att diverse internet. Will this replace them. What is monthly charge for Google wifi
This product is not Google Wifi internet service. It is a mesh system that connects to each other to provide wifi throughout your entire home using your existing ISP. So you would not replace your Uverse home service with this product. You would connect this product to your modem and it would become your router.

I need this for my 16 year old grand daughter..she uses more wifi in one day than I do in a month..basically needed for her phone. Can this be used for only one item???
Google Wifi routers don't provide wifi without an internet service provider. You need an ISP in order to have a gateway that allows your home to have Wifi. Any router is capable of handling one device so this product isn't necessary if all you need is a wifi connection. Your standard router provided by your ISP is good enough. How much speed is really necessary to play a movie on a tablet?
I have a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 9.7" and am purchasing 2 separate cards; one for my music and one for my movies. I have been comparing the Samsung EVO+ (UHS-1) and the Pro+ (UHS-3) memory cards. How much speed is really necessary in a memory card to play a video?
You should be able to play a movie even with a low end memory card with low read speed. Transferring the movie on the sd card however might take longer with a 20mb/s than with an 80mb/s memory card. In your case the UHS-1 is more than enough to run a movie.
