I purchased it for my wife. it took a little time for her to get used to the blue tooth in her ear. then to get her mind set on the how to answer and to end a call. she is still getting an idea of the charging of the unit. the red light verses the blue light.
it does really work. also keeps her hands free to do multitasking

DID NOT LIKE IT AFTER 3 WEEKS. I REUTNED IT TO THE BEST BUY STORE.
THE CLEANER WOULD NOT SHUT OFF, & NOT CLEAN THE SHAVER.
PULL SOMETIMES OUCH!!
