Can't even connect to 3/4 of time

Have arlo (bad battery life) but work
Bought these because I could plug them in a adjust them and they were wireless. Guess what they don't work try to connect to them all you see is loading for minutes at a time. Sometimes they connect dlink should admit there is a serious flaw with these cameras and take them off the market until they work. Even their tech support admits there are issues. Not sure why Best Buy still sells them- thought they were better than that.
