I picked up a regular kindle touch a few months ago thinking I'd be fine with it. Lately my schedule is only allowing me to read in the evenings when its already darker out, and I don't like having to keep all the lights on to read. Decided to pull the trigger on one of these Paperwhites, and yep, wish I'd gone this route to begin with. The increased pixel count plus the built in light makes this thing a joy over the regular Kindle. Makes it a lot easier on my eyes and for that alone I recommend it!

The Black Ops series has always been a bit more cerebral than the other Call of Duty games. This one is no exception. It's not as good as the first Black Ops, but better than the 2nd in my opinion.
Gameplay is fun and has a lot of variety with the various weapons and upgrades and core powers.
Graphics are great. Voice acting is top notch though I attribute most of the best dialogue to Christopher Meloni and Katee Sackhoff.
Fun game if you're looking for a way to kill some mindless hours with a lot of different abilities and ways to attack each situation.

Bought it for my dad. He's an older person and isn't terribly comfortable with the internet in general but he's really enjoying the laptop so far. The touchscreen made all the world in the difference for him really I think. Makes things a lot easier for him.
The laptop itself seems very well made. The ram is great, the 1tb hard drive will be great for him, though I prefer an SSD personally.
Would highly recommend for anybody looking for a more cost effective laptop for an older person or someone who doesn't need cutting edge specs.

Not much to say beyond what everybody else says- this is a great little device. You can stream youtube videos, netflix, amazon videos, hulu, your own plex server, tons of free network channels, tons of independent channels, plus the usb port on the side lets you play videos off an attached device (perfect for those of us who are fans of creating our own digital libraries).
Just an all around great little device. Doesn't take up much space, doesn't make a ton of noise. You will not regret buying one.

Absolutely stunning tv. I bought it to replace a cheapo model Hisense from Walmart a few years ago. Wow what a difference. This tv is lighter and easier to move around, and it just works 100% better. I still find myself just scrolling through some of the picture options sometimes and i've had it a few months already.
The HDMI cec option is one of the handiest things ever if you're a video gamer (i have a ps4 connected). Sony really knew what they were doing with this one.
The ONLY gripe i have regarding the unit is the USB ports don't seem to provide a standard source of power...for example, i have an LED light strip that is powered via USB port. I've had these connected to various tv's over the years and never had an issue (you plug the led strip in to the usb port, attach it to the back of your tv, turn the tv on and voila, you have an ambient source of lighting behind your tv that is on when its on and off when its off)- that doesn't work on these Bravia units apparently (seems to be a known issue) The lights flicker and you'll get a warning popup on screen about how you need to disconnect the USB device. Strange and seemingly no solution.
Despite that, I don't regret the purchase at all and wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

Initially confusing to set up, this isn't something you'd want to buy for your grandparents. But for the home tech enthusiast, don't hesitate. Far cheaper than some of the other Harmony remotes, don't be fooled in thinking this isn't capable of some advanced tasks.
I've got my remote pinned to operate my soundbar/tv/roku. It beats having multiple remotes out at all times. Such a little thing that makes your life so much easier.
The only con is that it does seem to use batteries faster than most, but that's to be expected with all this unit can do, and its definitely an even trade for not having to put batteries in *multiple* remotes anymore.
