After receiving an Apple Watch Series 2 Stainless Steel for Christmas I needed a stand for it. My first thought was to pickup an aluminum one but all I could find were stands that required you to install the existing watch charging disc along with a lightning cable. What do you do when you travel? Buy another charging disc I suppose.
The Belkin Powerhouse has both chargers built in saving you $60 worth of cables. Adding that to the cost of a stand that requires those cables equals the price of the Belkin. So purchase this instead.
The unit itself is high quality and HEAVY to keep the phone and watch from tipping over. It has a fast charger for the phone (2.4A) and the normal 1A for the watch. Unit is excellent. Purchased 3 and received 25% off during one of their holiday promotions making it an even better deal (wife & dad needed one too)!

My phone is in a wristlet wallet Will I be able to charge my phone without taking it out of the wallet
Yes! My wife has a case that folds open to hold credit cards on the left inside of the wallet and the phone on the right inside. It also has the wristlet strap. The wallet is pretty thick and has a lip that extends beyond the phone bottom. The Belkin Powerhouse accommodates this by an adjustable height lightning plug that moves on an angle from front to back. This allows you to raise the lightning plug to reach into the wallet past the lip and plug in securely. When you seat the phone in you do it vertically, then lean the phone back so it rests at an angle while charging.
