I've always liked Netgear products but this adapter is especially good. I had a client who was having difficulty bringing in a strong wireless signal from her router in an upstairs room and this adapter brought it in with great strength and stability. She was thrilled. I looked like a hero, so all is good.

As a computer technician I like the workmanship and reliability of Dell products, but I'm always a bit leary to recommend the Dell product lineup to my clients because I've had many clients tell me that dealing with the warranty/tech department at Dell was a horrific experience of bad attitudes, delays, and inaccurate information. As a technician I just can't have my clients experience this type treatment and still recommend Dell to them. Dell needs to cleanup its act on service and continue to make a great product line. They desperately need to return their tech service for US customers to US Tech support agents.

What's not so great: Sometimes Dell service department gets low marks for rudeness and delays
