I scheduled a delivery weeks in advance for a Saturday when I was home between 8 and 12.... By 2pm after not hearing anything (they had called twice in the days leading up to the delivery) I was on the phone and given the run around for 1 hour until finally they said the driver had called in sick. How do you not then call his appointments and make them aware. They wanted to reschedule for Monday (a work day) which does not work for me. All in All a terrible experince
