Absolutely Worthless - Do Not Buy !

Battery "life" is ridiculously short. To advertise "Battery Saver Circuitry" as a feature is an outright joke. Even with fully charged high quality batteries in place of the cheap ones that come with these units the battery life is only a few hours.
The reception is poor at best and the speaker sound quality rivals only that of two tin cans and a string - and that's being kind. The ring tone is absolutely annoying. The screen is so small it's virtually useless.
Honestly, a child's toy walkie talkie is better in terms of quality.
This product is a complete waste of money. We bought a set made by Uniden for LESS money and we couldn't be happier with them.
