Not really. Occasional games like CoD MW2 and usually Mortal Kombat games has options menus that turn down the blood/gore, etc., but not a system-wide control, unless you enter parental controls, and also simply don't buy children mated "M" games who aren't 15 (or whatever age you think doesn't yet warrant the "M" games). Generally "T" games are fine when it comes to nudity, and many "M" games are as well, but some do have tasteless nudity so just be weary about certain games really, and then you will be fine. And as far as blu-ray movies, etc., just make sure to set up parental controls on the console with your own password. Not really possible to block profanity either, and if your children are playing online with friends/randoms with a microphone, assume they are hearing the worst of words...
