I found this speaker by luck on sale. The day before I bought this speaker, I purchased a new UHD-TV and surround head unit. I found out I needed this speaker to bring the voice out in my games. Very good sound, and this is just one more step to rebuilding my surround system. My old surround system was not compatible with the new TV, so I had to upgrade my sound system. This time I'm piecing everything together to create "My Surround System", and not some "home theater in a box" like I had before. This will be an interesting journey. So many choices, so little money.

It's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to high end electronics. If you are going to spend a good chunk of your hard earned money on a new TV or other electronic, it's a good idea to make sure your covered in case "life happens".

I'm very happy with this type of HDMI cable. I use it for my XboxOne, and the picture/video quality shot through the roof. I had a very good picture before using the HDMI cable that came with it, but this cable totally changes everything. Totally worth the money.

What is the height of this speaker?
About 6"-7" high. I had to prop my new TV up to get clearance from the speaker. I still have a lot of customizing to do.
