I truly enjoy using this keyboard with my Surface. The product is fantastic. I personally like the keyboard feel better from my logitec keyboard for my iPAD but my son disagrees completely. So, it is really a personal issue as to the feel for the keyboard that you prefer. It works consistently. I do like it a lot. The best part in comparison to the iPAD keyboard is that the tab is where it belongs. BRAVO!

So, another way to get more money for users. Still a good product and I like that I can put it on my iPAD, Surface 3, and base station computer.
My biggest concern is that they raise the subscription price over time. I do prefer just to license software the old way. But it and use it. When you want to upgrade, you pay for it.... So, not a big fan of the business model but the software makes me more productive. They still need to do a better job integrating photo editing into the core product. They get an F rating for not recognizing this as a core feature that one time or another we all need to do that.

It is great to have a full function computer in the basic footprint of a tablet. I already have an iPAD air with keyboard. There were just certain times when I thought that I needed full functions. The product is awesome and met my expectations. It is still not as easy to use for basic email and web browsing as an iPAD. It is close, but the touchscreen and how it interacts with the user just seems less awkward on the iPAD. Perhaps with more time it may become as natural. It is great for full web browsing. I sort of wish the screen was maybe 1" bigger. Anyway, great product. Perfect for an avid PC user. I am a hybrid PC and MAC user. I replaced my Notebook computer with this product. Much lighter and a great companion for my iPAD when I travel.

My son (26 - I am not a bad father) and I played around with the product and tested it ourselves. Not consistent and appears inaccurate. If it is not accurate and consistent, seems that it has no value.... Maybe as a toy??
It was fun to test, but not something that I would rely upon.

I ended up doing most of the programming anyway. This was an add on to the warranty and installation of the 78" curved Samsusng.
Tech had issues connecting to Harmony on his PC so I did it on my laptop. It was better to do it myself anyway and ask about any questions that came up in the process. Based on the on-site support, it is worth the cost.

Nice upgrade Product

Pretty simple to set up. I am using it in a theater environment. There are a few accesssories for this product but I did not find them very useful for me. It gives a clear and crisp sound and integrated into my Bose speakers well. I live in a condo and the Bose do fine there. It does not overdrive them. I have had switching issues with other systems driving 4K video. No issues here. Just works!

Well... Good movie... bad DVD

The movie was pretty good the first time I saw it. Definitely check your brain at the door kind of movie. Unfortunately, the DVD was skipping on two different DVD players. We took it into the store to exchange, but none could be found. The great news is that Best Buy then refunded on the DVD.... Just a little bad luck on this one!
