I bought this hoping it could replace my full AVR system and was super excited about the Atmos feature. Sadly for the price of this system, it didn't deliver all that was hyped up to be. If you're playing media with Dolby Atmos, this thing performs great. I personally felt the highs were too high and the bass too low with with not a lot of mid-range sound. It still sounded good and would have kept this product if not for its lack of features. While Atmos is great, most things aren't there yet. Considering this is a 5.1.2 system and the price paid for it, it doesn't handle other Dolby signals which is a real shame. It's not that it won't take other Dolby signals, it just down plays them to 2.0 then tries and recreate the sound. I just assumed it would take DTS, TrueHD, and Dolby Digital and process those signals accordingly. For something to cost this much and not even process the most common formats was a major turn off. 5.1 sound downgraded to 2.0 and then replicated back is not the way to go. I'll be holding off for something better. I tested this with a HTCP, NVidia Shield, and Xbox One S.

Star Wars is my husbands favorite movie and it is DTS HD.... I don't see DTS HD support listed. Should I buy a different sound bar?

In my opinion yes. I purchased this product and returned because of the lack of other Dolby supported formats. It was a real shame because I had high hopes for this.

Why the blue light on the right side of main soundbar does not turn on when it is working?

Because you're not pushing an Atmos signal to it. That's the only time it will come on.
