Had Quit using Lifeproof till..........

Ever Since I started Using a iPhone I would spend the extra money to buy Lifeproof products. They always made me feel better about the protection of the phone. With that said, because of the quality of the last two Lifeproof designs I'd given up on the case due to functional issues such as being able to sound clear while speaking and being able to hear through it.
I use my phone for my Job. I buy and sell cars and use Apps that require me to scan bar codes and analyze inventories. I found myself running out of battery life half way through the day. Then either charge it up on a wall charger or use a external battery and a clumsical cord. Neither option was acceptable.
So I decided to purchase a case with a rechargeable battery.
During my research, I found that Lifeproof was head and shoulders above all the rest both in protection and quality. So......... I decided to give them one more shot. I invested in the iPhone 6s+ case with the rechargeable battery.
I couldn't be happier about my selection! It's very functional, durable, and uses a mini USB cord to charge it up rather than trying to use a lightning cable that half of the time wouldn't fit a Lifeproof charging port due to its size. I can go all day without a charger. The case, when activated, will charge my phone till it's fully charged then cut of the charger battery to preserve its life for another charge if needed. This thing is AWESOME!!

I went to bestbuy to look at car stereo's and ended up in the blue tooth speaker section. I had previously bought a mini jam box that lasted me all about 8 minutes. I sat it on a shelf in my garage and cranked up the toons which made it vibrate off the shelf and into my dogs water bowl. It was not water proof. This speaker is as good as that 133.00 one but is fully waterproof.

Is it supposed to flash rapidly?
A few days ago when I went to charge my phone with this charger the lights turned on and at their normal speed then a few minutes later the lights sped up really fast and started flashing rapidly. I dont know what to do
Unplug it. It's charged.
