Great Sound. But issue with Open Box purchase

Great sound. But this was an Open Box purchase that was supposed to be in Excellent condition. The unit is missing several pieces. No Remote, No screen for front, No stand parts, No Manuals or warranty paper work. I had to go to sony.com download manuals and order a new remote and a screen for front. That indicates poor work in checking this item and rating it as being in excellent condition. I would rate it good condition and list all parts missing.

Very good unit

I ordered and got the unit fine. I got it installed about 3 days after buying it.

It works fine. The only two issues are that Garmin does not support this model for Map Updates so far and the instructions for updating Firmware were sub par. I had to send a request to customer service which responded quickly.

What's great about it: Easy to use, many good features.

What's not so great: User Manual leaves a lot to be desired.

I would recommend this to a friend!
