Yes it works but it also causes the controller to lose connection while playing a game.

I had to adjust my shelves on the left side while leaving the ones on the right intact and it fits 2 litre ssoda now.

Do you a recommend using a specific kind of surge suppressor/protector with this refrigerator?
Seller suggested the Monster PowerCenter AP 200 but I cannot find it anywhere, apparently it is discontinued.
Mine is plugged directly to a wall socket and I haven't had any problems so far with it.
