First off I bought this online without checking it out at the store first. That was my mistake. At first I was excited about this laptop but when I got it and began to set it up I didn't like it. The casing is made of plastic and feels like it is going to break. I now realize that Dell and HP don't like each other cause it would not allow me to setup my HP wifi printer. It couldn't find it. I am returning it and getting something more solid.
