You will certainly see a boost in the bars, but that is deceiving. A booster is a broadcaster in itself. It "hears" the same thing that your other devices would hear at the same place. Every device, however, is limited also by how good it's built in antenna is. What a booster is meant to do is kind of like a hearing aid. It listens to the same thing others listen to. But then it amplifies what it hears. If it can't hear because the sound is too low, it can't amplify it. This (and all other boosters) will receive the same wifi signal then rebroadcast it. It repeats what it hears then broadcasts it from the point you've located it at. You'll probably see a full set of bars, but that only means your device can really pick up the booster. It doesn't mean anything in regards to the original router. Your best bet is to try a directional antenna to better pick up what's being broadcast by the park. Then adding a booster to get wireless wifi is your best bet.
