Doesn't Hold Temperature, Not As Advertised

I was excited, dual zone worked great for first 2 weeks, now no longer works, never went from 46-66 as advertised. One zone goes down to 46, the other zone goes down to 56, now neither zone goes below 58, and less than a month old!
