To early to tell- still waiting for hard drive

There was a bit of confusion about what I need to pay and so this slowed down the entire process. Once I was contacted I had to go back to the store and pay the difference they should have charged me to begin with. Then they had to contact the hard drive recovery department and let them know I paid. Then they would start the recovery process. It's been about 9 weeks that I have been without my information.

I am hoping that once I receive my hard drive recovery I can be up and running again.

On another note- everyone has been friendly and professional. Which helps under these stressful circumstances.
