Faster than 300mbps

Upgraded my internet services with Time Warner Cable from 100 mbps to 300 mbps. I had already owned my modem and didn't want to have to pay for another. I picked up this same day with in store pick up. Took about an hour for them to find it and let me know I could pick it up. Easy installation, simple unbox it, plug in ethernet cable, screw in the coaxial cable, and power it up. Then call your cable company and let them know you bought your own modem and provide them the MAC address from either the device itself or on the box. They should be able to ping it, reset it and that's it. You'll be enjoying faster speeds in no time.
Pros: Easy installation, works for under and up to 300 mbps for TWC (recommend purchasing even if you have lower speeds and will be considering an upgrade to a faster speed later), receiving 300+ mbps speed.
Cons: No wifi and no addition ports, requires a router for these capabilities and I prefer this but many do not. No available in black.

Pros: Lets start off with connections, this TV has 4 HDMI in connections which is plenty for my Xbox One, PS4, AppleTV, and my wireless adapter for my laptop. There are also several other connections for component video and also a very nice digital optical audio out. This is my first time using the optical cable but I must say I couldn't be happier and should have used this much earlier.
The screen itself is perfect. I have a bright room and have not experienced any interference from glare on the part of the sun coming into the room. The 4k upscaling is simply amazing. Watching movies go above 1080 almost gives it an unreal experience because of the clarity in everything. Objects that were previously not identifiable come through in absolute clarity. We tested the 3D capabilities of other TVs and nothing compares to this one. The 3D is almost life like and can convert 2D to 3D very well. I've tried this with general TV and on the gaming consoles and it is a very nice feature. The curved screen allows for almost a theatrical view of any movie, show, or game and is very nice. I also think this helps a lot with the 3D. Paying the bit extra for the curved screen is actually a pretty good deal. The TV does have wireless support and a ton of apps to run natively. I've been using HBO GO, Hulu Plus, and Amazon Instant Video through the SmartTV instead of going through one of my consoles which is a nice change. The 3D glass are extremely light weight and comfortable. We watched all of the Hobbit and did not experience any discomfort with the glasses which are very sleak and light weight.
Cons: Apps (HBO GO) won't change over to 2D to 3D. I have to use the gaming consoles for that feature. Not a too much of a draw back though. The audio out is only digital optical, ensure your sound system supports this and you have the necessary cable (I didn't at first).
Overall: For the price the TV is well worth the purchase. Right now there isn't a ton of 4K content but throughout 2015 much more is expected to be released and this TV is pretty much future proof for several years to come. The TV is the perfect find for anyone looking to upgrade to something newer or with 3D capability. I'm planning to buy another for the bedroom later and have been recommending it to all my friends.

Widi capable?
Does unit connect to wireless displays that use widi intel technology?
With the Microsoft Wireless Display Adapter this will work. I use it to connect to TVs and projectors without wires.

Can Thunderbird Email Program be installed? It uses a POP mail server.
As long as it is Windows 8 compatible it should work. I would recommend checking the Thunderbird Email site to ensure it works on Windows 8 and if it does it will work on this system.

Is it only available in White?
I have only ever seen it in white, never have I seen it in black or another color which is disappointing.
