First delivery crew wase great--pointed out the damaged top and did a good job setting it up and explaining things to us. had to send it back because of damage and the second installers seemed sullen and could not wait to hit the door. I would give them a 1 rating.

again, ridicules controls(same as washer) Does its own thing no mater what you want it set at. Some programmer had a not so good idea. Probably never dyed a load themselves

front controls confusing and hard to read

OK the washer works but the controls are confusing and very hard to read--I would say a ridicules design. The companion dryer is just as bad and it won't let you decided how you want to dry the cloths. Package designer probably never washed a load in his/her life. Controls are easier if you purchase the lower cabinet as they are closer to your eye and you don't have to stoop down to read them
