Very good vacuum and fun to use

I studied these products on-line and decided on the 960 as a good balance of features and price. I bought 3 of them, one for my wife, my daughter, and my daughter-in-law. The feedback I got from all three was that they are very happy with the product. When they are happy, so am I.
The only issue, which was quickly solved, was that occasionally the 960 would get stuck under a toe board or a center post table leg.
