I was able to set-up my home wi-fi with the need to use the Best Buy support. I guess it would come in handy for someone who is unsure how to set-up their network. I'm sure the folks at the Geek Squad could walk you through the procedure to make things easier and answer any question that you might have.

I purchased this combo cable modem/wireless router to replace my wireless Netgear router that quite working. It works Ok as a cable modem but not so good in regards to the wireless end. I live in an average size one floor ranch house and the range is pretty poor compared to the old Netgear wireless router. Even in a room not that far from the router and the signal quality is poor. I'm very disappointed in that regard. I guess in retrospect I should have just stayed with the SECTV supplied modem and bought a new wireless router instead. I should have figured that when you combine two products together that something is going to suffer/be compromised. I was hoping the dual band would assist more in that respect, but no. Unfortunately by the time I discovered how poor it performed in this regard I was past the return period so I'll just have to live with it for now. So, if you need a lot of range/distance or have a large home, I would keep looking for something that performs better!!

I took the camera on a trip my wife and I went to the Philippines to see her family. I used it for a wide variety of pictures, anywhere from scenery pics to underwater pics at a hotel swimming pool, to pics while we toured some of the 7000 plus islands that make up the Philippines. We did some snorkeling and took a lot of still pics and videos. I was pretty impressed for a simple point and shoot camera. It managed to do a pretty good job through a wide variety of circumstances. I had no issues with any water seepage inside the camera. I guess my main gripe would be with the charging design and the Olympus specific plug that is needed. Other then that it works well, but don't expect a DSLR quality pic!! One other thing....watch the placement of your hands on the camera body....it's easy to get your finger in the way due to the lens placement!!

I purchased the Bose QC 35's mainly for a trip my wife and I were going on to visit her family in the Philippines. I've been there before and know of the long flight times and noise that accompanies the flights, so I decided after much research to try the much acclaimed Bose headphones. Since it was a last minute decision I didn't have enough time to try them out at home, I just gave them a full charge and looked over the instructions before leaving. To make a long story a bit shorter, I was really impressed with the noise reduction and the sound quality of the headphones, as well as the comfort of them on the two 15 hour flight segments. What I was not impressed about was an issue with the cable plugging in to the headset. There's an issue with the plug-in connection on the headset which required some careful positioning of the plug into the headset for it to function properly. After playing around with it I was able to get it to function properly, but any tension on the cable caused it to act up and disconnect the sound from the planes entertainment system. That was a major disappointment but I'm glad that I could get it to work somewhat. I'll see if I can exchange them at Best Buy before I try going to Bose for the warranty. Either way, I hope that I can get this taken care of before my next trip;)

I bought the Monster Gold Home Theater Kit due to the price/Deal of The Day. It was an unbeatable price for what was included. After doing more research I decided to return it due to the low 1080 joules of protection. A lot depends on what you are using it for. If you have some high-end electronics more joules of protection would be worth the extra money!! It was a good price but I wanted something with more joules. There are better Monster products out there!!

The S7 Edge is an Ok phone but too expensive. The camera is pretty impressive for a phone, but give me a real camera for taking pics. The battery life is mediocre at best. The edge feature can be annoying and gets in the way at times. In retrospect I should have waited for the new i-phone to come out and see what that would have brought to the table. In regards to the Sprint service, I'm not impressed at all. Poor quality sound...dropped calls...price/fees. I can't wait until I can get out of the service contract. At least I got the $200 BB gift card on the purchase!!

Are these bonus items available in store and online, or only if the product is ordered online?
As best as I can tell, the deal should be available either in store or on-line......at least it was that way at my location~!!
