Was really looking forward to this and my boyfriend (who is all about sound) was actually excited too. We found this at a great proce because it was on the open-box area and decided to take a chance.
Pros: the sound quality is pretty good. The first night we purchased this, we watched Jurassic World and the surround sound was awesome considering this is a smaller theater system. We especially liked the bass. Also, set up was easy.
Cons: Although the sound was great, we can tell that this would only last about a year, max. The L/R speakers sounded like they were cracking a bit already. Another thing is that at random times, the Wi-Fi surround sound speakers would fail to connect and stop working. This happened every time as we watched movies and I have to tell you that it was frustrating. Lastly, another problem we had with the Wi-Fi speakers was that for some strange reason, they would not work whenever we played music.
Again, this was an open box item so maybe that had a lot to do with it. Hopefully this helps and you find what you're looking for.
