These head phones got me with the word "Water Proof "...But they only come in ONE SIZE ear buds ( LARGE) which makes it hard to listen to music or even keeping them on your head/ears... I returned them the next day because of the fact it did not fit my ears.. too big (L). Also the fitting compared to other wireless headphones was POOR.

Never saw the Value of buying expensive earbuds...

I never saw the Value of buying expensive earbuds.... Until listening to these Bose QuietControl 30 earphones. These earbuds cancel out sound very well for being so small and compact. I love the phone call features for a few reasons: the ear buds let you know who is calling by the contact name in your phone also it lets you know when the call ends by saying "Call ended".. so there is no awkward silences when you think the other person hung up.
One of the best Wireless earphones I have purchased.... In the last year i've purchased at least 6 different brands.
One for working out at the GYM ( Sweat proof), one for daily use (Bose QuietControl 30) and one for the Jet Ski ( Water Proof and not as expensive incase I love them).

My overall experience with this Samsung 65" 4k Ultra Hd Tv - With High Dynamic Range - Silver has been amazing.
One thing that I noticed immediately was how fast the Tv will turn on. Ive had other tv's were I needed to wait a few seconds for the Screen to be functional. Also I like the sleek feature of the remote, it is small, durable and ergonomic. Very easy to navigate the menus and the remote paired right up with my Apple T.v receiver. Always getting impressed by this T.V and the quality of the content.

can I connect this to the "digital out" on my TV, or do I need to use an audio transmitter also?I want wireless ear buds to watch TV in bed. can I pair this to my new Samsung? I really need help.
As long as your TV has bluetooth capability you should not have an issue connecting your headphones to it. I connect mine to the Laptop and cell phone everyday.

What is the IPXX Rating on these ear buds. Got mine recently and want to know if they are good in the rain.
These head phones are good up to 3 feet under water for 30 minutes. The only thing you need to consider is that the Bluetooth won't have reception underwater, or very limited. You won't have any issues with rain.

Is it durable
It definitely isn't your cheap flimsy shield. I would say this shield is durable. If i were to scale it from 1-10, 1 being poor quality and not durable, and 10 being steel. This shield would be rated a 5.5-6. I had another shield which looked cheap and would bend at the gust of a wind. This shield would not break if you dropped maybe chip the color. Also it could probably withstand winds 40-55mph with out breaking or bending.
