The rollers scratched the photos!!

Verified Purchase:Yes

This printer is NOT for photos! The paper rollers etched lines across every photo, making them unusable. The colors were fine, but what's the point is every photo printed was scratched?? I took the first printer back to the store and got a brand new one. DUH! Same problem again. I got a refund on the printer!
Also, it was a PAIN to set up. It took the "helper" TWO HOURS on the phone to set it up Online/Wireless.
What a waste of time!
