I don't understand the delivery window if they don't even deliver it between those times. I took the morning off of work for them to not even call me to reschedule. Found out the last 30mins of window and had to reschedule delivery for days later because of next available. Was not satisfied!

I went with samsung because of the overall ratings. Its a great tv with minimal issues. The only problem i had to figure out is with hulu you have to make sure you completely exit the app or it says cannot play this title because app time expired after some time of not using. But picture and sound quality is excellent. Best tv i have owned.
