There is no USB port. How do I plug in an Iphone and/or tablet?

No Sound
I've got two brand new speakers connected to the unit. Unit is brand new also. Wiring is correct. I have no sound at all on either channel. What could cause this?
Push the speaker A and B buttons and see if that helps

Adjusting sound per channel
I want to use both speaker channels at the same time BUT I want channel A to be at volume 10 and channel B to be playing at volume 15. Is this possible? And if not, why on earth would you make a system with the ability to select channels without this ability? My 20 year old receiver from best buy had this option and it was very easy to do!
