The Scout motto is "Be Prepared", and anyone that has an iPhone should be prepared to either replace or repair their new phone at a very expensive cost, OR be smart and get this case so they won't have to. Keep your phone from getting damaged when you inevitably drop it (or your roommate or best friend does). My husband has had a flip phone forever, last one finally died. We needed to replace it, and I needed to find him a phone that would be easy to use, withstand abuse. He is a mechanic, works in a truck shop all day. Phone is small, which is good, touch screen, which is good EXCEPT when you have big hands and fingers. Lots of steps to just answer a call, and still confusing to get to apps. Call quality good, like that he can use the flashlight app and Pandora. I would recommend it for anyone with smaller hands and that has the patience to learn all the features.
