Could be a great product if

The adapter comes with a CD. My new laptop doesn't have a CD drive. You are given (2) options to download the driver from the internet. (1) The website link that's written on the CD takes you to a temporary out of order link. (2) From that link you can select the link options to their Home Page. Once you find your product, you're led to "Support & Downloads" which only gives you PDF instructions like the paper work that comes in your box. Under "Install Drivers from the Internet" steps 5, 6,7& 8 never show up because the link for downloading the drivers is no where to be found. I will take this product back before I go through the headaches that others have experienced. If I were an IT specialist then I believe this product could possible work because I would have a better understanding of the correct drivers to download. BTW, I'm running Windows 10. Because it's a new laptop, I don't want to take the chance of screwing it up.
